Jago goods is a Newcastle-based accessories and goods brand, specialising in clean, simple and quality products. We, the founders, are two industrial designers who embrace the very best in modern and traditional fabrication techniques.
Our debut collection is a series of vegetable-tanned leather cases, each cut and engraved from 2.5 - 3mm cow-hide, hand-stitched and wet-molded to suit your mobile device.
Vegetable-tanning is an age-old technique and the most environmentally way to tan leather, avoiding harsh chemicals and respecting the environment due to the use of natural ingredients.
Due to the natural tannins used, veg tan products are unique; they have their own life and will change continuously for the better, developing a beautiful patina over time.
